Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Overview

Brixton Row (“Brixton Row,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects privacy and uses information only for legitimate business, publishing, advertising, analytics, security, and operational purposes. This policy applies to this website and to the Brixton Row Ad Automation application used in connection with Meta products and services.

2. Information We May Receive

Depending on how our services are used, we may receive limited information from Meta or other service providers, such as advertising account identifiers, campaign and ad identifiers, page identifiers, ad performance metrics, delivery status, budget information, and other information required to manage and evaluate advertising activity.

The Brixton Row Ad Automation application is intended for Brixton Row’s internal business use. It is not designed as a consumer login service and is not intended to collect sensitive personal information from members of the public.

3. How We Use Information

  • Create, manage, monitor, and improve advertising campaigns;
  • Measure campaign performance and advertising efficiency;
  • Confirm that advertising is associated with the correct business assets and publishing identities;
  • Maintain operational records, quality controls, and security safeguards;
  • Diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and support reliable system operation; and
  • Comply with applicable legal, contractual, platform, or security requirements.

4. Meta Platform Data

When Brixton Row receives data through Meta APIs, we use that data only for the business purposes described above and in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms and policies. We do not sell Meta Platform Data.

Access to Meta data is limited to authorized Brixton Row systems and authorized personnel who require that access for legitimate business purposes.

5. Sharing of Information

We may use service providers that support hosting, automation, analytics, security, or related business operations. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services or when required by law, regulation, legal process, or platform requirements.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including business recordkeeping, advertising analysis, system integrity, dispute resolution, and legal or platform obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse.

7. Data Deletion

Because the Brixton Row Ad Automation application is an internal business application and is not intended for public account creation, it generally does not maintain consumer profiles.

If Meta or another platform sends Brixton Row a valid data-deletion request relating to Platform Data, Brixton Row will review the request and delete or de-identify applicable data that it is required to remove, subject to legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.

8. Cookies and Website Analytics

This temporary company website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking technologies. Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access, requested pages, and security-related events.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal obligations, or platform requirements. The “Last updated” date above will identify the latest version.

11. Privacy Requests

Privacy or data-deletion requests may be submitted through the applicable Meta platform request process or any designated request method Brixton Row makes available in the future.

This policy describes Brixton Row’s current intended data practices for its website and internal advertising automation. It should be updated if the company later adds consumer accounts, mailing lists, ecommerce, public submissions, or other services that collect additional personal information.
